If you are not completely satisfied with an online purchase or gift, you may return your product back to us.
In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department.
You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Haircare items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Haircare items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

Restricted items include: Aerosol-type products, pressurized spray cans, such as: hairspray and shaving cream.
In compliance with DOT rules restricted items require ground-only delivery.
